1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website tourguide.chinatourcar.com and the services provided by Fuzhou Dongyouji E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

We provide the following travel-related services in China:

• English-speaking guided tours and customized itineraries
• Airport pickup and drop-off transfer services
• Vehicle rental with professional drivers
• Hotel and attraction ticket booking assistance
• Travel consultation and itinerary planning

3. Bookings & Quotations

• All quotations are provided in Chinese Yuan (RMB) unless otherwise stated
• Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to significant changes in fuel costs, toll fees, or government regulations

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking, unless otherwise agreed
• Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the service date
• Payment methods: bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other methods as agreed
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation 15+ days before service: full refund minus bank fees
• Cancellation 7-14 days before service: 70% refund
• Cancellation 3-6 days before service: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days before service: no refund
• No-show: no refund
• Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries or services due to:

• Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Government regulations, closures, or safety concerns
• Flight delays or schedule changes
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives when modifications are necessary.

7. Liability

• We are responsible for providing services as described in confirmed bookings
• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, attractions)
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers

8. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and travel information when booking
• Hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for entry into China
• Follow local laws, regulations, and customs during your visit
• Comply with safety instructions from guides and drivers
• Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs in advance

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Fuzhou Dongyouji E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution
